高频热导法测定不同牌号硬质合金粉末中总碳量

摘要 应用高频热导法测定碳化钨及不同牌号硬质合金粉末中总碳量。通过对称样量、助熔剂的选择和配比、空白试验、仪器校准等方面的研究和探讨,确立了最佳分析条件。在优化的条件下建立总碳校准曲线,测定总碳标准物质,其测定值与认证值相吻合,进行了精密度、回收率等试验结果的评定,完成并建立了碳化钨及不同牌号硬质合金粉末中总碳量的测试方法。该方法测定相对标准偏差RSD≤0. 50%,回收率94. 38%~105. 99%,测定范围5. 00%~13. 00%。 The total carbon content in tungsten carbide powder and cemented carbide powder was measured by high frequency thermal conductivity method. The optimum analysis condition is established through the study and discussion of symmetrical sample quantity,flux selection and proportion,blank test and instrument calibration. The calibration curve of total carbon was established under optimized conditions,and the standard substance of total carbon was measured. The measured value was consistent with the certified value. The test results of precision and recovery were evaluated. This method is used for the determination of RSD with relative standard deviation of0. 50%,recovery rate of 94. 38% ~ 105. 99%,and range of measurement of 5. 00% ~ 13. 00%.
