凹凸棒石缓解热处理豆粕对肉鸡氧化应激的研究 被引量:5

摘要 本实验旨在研究日粮中添加凹凸棒石对摄入热处理豆粕肉鸡生产性能、血清生化和抗氧化能力的影响。将144只1日龄健康的爱拔益加肉鸡随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡,对照组肉鸡饲喂正常豆粕配制的基础日粮,实验1组所用豆粕为100℃加热处理8 h的豆粕,实验2组在实验1组的基础上添加1%凹凸棒石。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲喂热处理豆粕提高了肉鸡前期和全期料重比,提高了21 d回肠黏膜和42 d肝脏羧基含量(P <0. 05),添加凹凸棒石后,上述指标均恢复至对照组水平(P>0. 05)。此外,与对照组和实验1组相比,添加凹凸棒石可提高肉鸡前期平均日增重和21、42 d肝脏总超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低21 d血清丙二醛含量、21 d空肠黏膜羧基含量(P <0.05)。结果提示,添加凹凸棒石可改善饲喂热处理豆粕肉鸡的生产性能和抗氧化能力。 The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of Palygorskite supplementation on growth performance, serum biochemical index, and antioxidant capacity of broilers fed with heat-treated soybean meal. A total of 144 one-day-old healthy Arbor Acres broiler chicks were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates of 8 chicks each. Broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet with normal soybean meal, while chicks in the test groups were given heat-treated soybean meal diet(test group 1: soybean meal treated at 100 ℃ for 8 h) and the heat-treated soybean meal diet supplemented with 1 % palygorskite(test group 2). Compared with the control group, feeding heat-treated soybean meal increased feed to gain ratio of broilers during the early and overall period,and also increased protein carbonyl contents in the ileal mucosa at 21 d as well as liver at 42 d(P <0. 05), which were normalized to the levels comparable with the control group after Palygorskite inclusion( P > 0. 05). Moreover,the supplementation of Palygorskite promoted average daily gain of broilers during the early period, and total superoxide dismutase activity in the liver at both 21 and 42 d, whereas decreased malondialdehyde accumulation in the serum at 21 d and protein carbonyl content in the jejunal mucosa at 21 d when compared with the other two groups(P <0. 05). The results suggested that Palygorskite supplementation can improve growth performance and antioxidant capacity of broilers fed with heat-treated soybean meal.
