摘要
以‘新东5号’冬小麦为材料,利用10%、20%、30%、40%外源甲醇溶液对冬小麦进行叶面喷施处理,分析外源甲醇对冬小麦叶绿素、可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明,不同浓度甲醇溶液处理冬小麦后,与对照组相比,10%、20%、30%甲醇组的叶绿素含量有所增加,可溶性糖含量呈降低趋势,其中30%甲醇组的效果最佳,叶绿素含量平均提高了10.70%,可溶性糖含量平均降低了29.32%。一定浓度的外源甲醇可提高冬小麦叶片中的叶绿素含量,使叶片中的可溶性糖降低。
The winter wheat‘Xindong 5’was used as experimental material to analyze the effects of exogenous methanol on chlorophyll and soluble sugar of winter wheat by spraying 10%,20%,30%and 40%methanol solution on the leaves.The results showed that the chlorophyll content increased and the soluble sugar content decreased in 10%,20%and 30%methanol groups compared with the control group.Among them,30%methanol group had the best effect,the chlorophyll content increased by 10.70%and the soluble sugar content decreased by 29.32%on average.The results indicated that exogenous methanol at a certain concentration could increase chlorophyll content and decrease soluble sugar content in winter wheat leaves.
