艾美耳球虫转基因技术研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 艾美耳属球虫是一类胞内寄生原虫,其造成的球虫病对畜禽养殖造成巨大经济损失。近年来随着分子生物学的飞速发展,艾美耳球虫的转基因研究取得较大突破,使转基因技术成为推动球虫研究的有力工具。本文综合近几年转基因球虫的研究成果,对艾美耳球虫转基因技术的建立与优化以及转基因球虫的潜在应用作一综述。 Eimeria spp. are intracellular protozoan parasites which are the causative agents of coccidiosis that causes huge economic losses to the livestock and poultry industries. Taking advantage of the rapid development of molecular biology, transgenic technology in eimerian parasites becomes a powerful tool to promote the biological study of coccidia. This review focuses on the recent research progress of establishment and optimization of the transfection technology in Eimeria, as well as the potential application of transgenic coccidia.
