基于Web of Science创伤后成长研究的可视化分析

Visual analysis of posttraumatic growth research based on Web of Science

[目的]全面分析国际创伤后成长的SCI文献,为国内创伤后成长的研究提供相关依据。[方法]基于Web of Sciences数据库检索2018年之前关于创伤后成长的文献,并结合可视化分析软件Histcite、CiteSpace进行全面分析。[结果]该领域文献共检索出1 662篇,且发文量呈上升趋势;主要以美国、英国最为活跃,我国已跻身世界第4位;载文量最多的期刊为Psycho-Oncology;资金资助主要源于美国,我国125篇文献仅12篇为国家自然基金资助;Tedeschi是本研究领域的重要奠基人;创伤后成长的文献涉及领域众多,主要为心理学、精神病学、肿瘤学等多个学科;研究热点主要为生存质量、幸存者、乳腺癌、应对方式、心理弹性、抑郁等方向;模型建立、积极事件、益处发现、社会文化因素、照顾者、团体为基础的干预、癌症存活率、儿科急诊病人、评估等可能会成为未来的研究热点。[结论]全球关于创伤后成长的相关研究已蓬勃发展,而国内研究相对薄弱,亟待加大研究力度,以期提高国内的研究水平。

Objective:To comprehensively analyze the international post-traumatic SCI literature and provide relevant evidences for the study of post-traumatic growth in China.Methods:Based on the Web of Sciences database,the literature on post-traumatic growth up to 2018 were retrieved and combined with the visual analysis software Histcite and Citespace for comprehensive analysis.Results:A total of 1 662 articles were found in this field,and the number of published papers was on the rise.Mostly articles in the United States and Britain were the most active ones.China ranked the 4th in the world.Psycho-Oncology was the most widely published periodical.The financial support mainly comes from the United States,and only 12 articles in 125 articles of our country are funded by the National Natural Fund;Tedeschi RG is an important founder in this field of research;the literature on post-traumatic growth involves many fields such as psychology,psychiatry,oncology subjects;research hot spots mainly included the quality of life,survivors,breast cancer,coping style,mental flexibility,depression and other directions;model establishment,positive events,benefits found,social and cultural factors,caregivers,groups based interventions,cancer survival,pediatric emergency patients,assessment may become the hot research topic in the future.Conclusion:Research on global post-traumatic growth has been flourishing,but the domestic research is relatively weak,so the research should be intensified in order to improve the level of domestic research.
