多元智能视角下3-4岁幼儿户外体育活动模块的构建及实证研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨多元智能视角下户外体育活动模块对3-4岁幼儿身体素质的影响。方法:以3-4岁幼儿为研究对象,共30人,持续12周,每周三次,每次30min。结果:(1)从多元智能视角根据3-4岁幼儿的特点构建幼儿体育活动模块(一)和模块(二)。模块(一)构建了欢乐动物园、游乐园捞鱼、袋鼠跳跃和啦啦操手位练习。模块(二)构建了大型滑梯攀爬、开心农场、安全交通体验带和跳跃"大彩虹圈"。(2)多元智能视角下构建的幼儿体育活动模块,改善3-4岁幼儿的力量素质、速度素质、平衡素质和灵敏素质。结论:多元智能视角下的幼儿体育活动模块能改善幼儿的身体素质。 Objective:The paper explores the effects of outdoor sports modules on physical quality of kids aged 3-4 years old from the perspective of multiple intelligences.Methods:a total of 30 kids aged 3-4 years were studied for 30 minutes three times a week for 12 weeks.Results:(1)module A and module B of kids's sports activities were constructed from the perspective of multiple intelligences.Module A constructed the happy zoo,amusement park fishing fish,kangaroo jumping and pull-hold position exercise.Module B constructed large-scale slide climbing,happy farm,safe traffic experience zone and jumping“big rainbow circle”.(2)The physical activity module of kids had changed the strength,speed,balance and sensitivity of kids aged 3-4 years from the perspective of multiple intelligences.Conclusion:The kids'physical activity module could improve their physical quality from the perspective of multiple intelligences.
