摘要
随着我国户外运动资源的开放,户外运动渐渐成为大众休闲健身、体验自然的重要方式。然而由于我国户外运动发展尚处于起步阶段,户外运动的事故救援成为了不可忽视的问题。本文旨在分析我国现有户外运动救援体系的组成,发现现有政府救援体系与民间救援体系所存在的问题,并提出相应的完善建议,促进我国户外运动安全、规范、和谐地发展。
Outdoors sports has become an important way for people to recreate and build their body as well as experience the nature.However,the development of out outdoor sports in our country is still in the start stage,so outdoor sports accident rescue becomes an essential issue that we cannot neglect.This thesis is aiming to analyze the components of the existing outdoor sports rescue system and find out the problems of government rescue system and folk rescue system,and provides related suggestions for the secure,formal and harmonious development of outdoor sports in China.
