现代职业教育体系下高职毕业生发展路径选择——兼论可能出现的升学热问题

The Choice of Higher Vocational Graduates' Development Path from the Perspective of Modern Vocational Education System

在国家政策的大力支持和引导下,现代职业教育体系建设在稳步推进和不断完善之中。完善的现代职业教育体系下高职院校毕业生发展路径有了更多选择,在传统路径"就业"之外,"升学—就业"路径全面贯通,"就业—学习—再就业"的灵活发展路径进一步优化。学历社会氛围下,升学路径的全程贯通极有可能导致"升学热"问题。高职院校和教育行政主管部门要未雨绸缪,认真总结研判,通过构建科学合理的考试选拔机制等措施,配合市场调节做好引导工作,有效调解高职毕业生在就业与继续深造之间的矛盾。
