摘要
以某公司EMS软件设计为背景,进行系统功能模块的确定。在确定模块的基础之上,进行模块功能的分析与设计,以实际应用为背景进行软件实现,最终完成EMS的系统设计工作。经验证,EMS上线后,满足既定的节能降耗的目标,大幅提高人员生产效率,吨钢能耗下降10%以上。
Basing on the design of EMS,we determine several functional modules of the system.Basing on the functional modules,we analysis and design the module function.We realize the software as the background of practical application.At last,the work that is the design of EMS is finished.By the test,after the EMS has been used in the production process,the system has meet the target that is energy saving and consumption reducing,the system improves production efficiency,per ton of steel’s energy consumption decrease by more than 10%.
