摘要
本文应用唯物辩证法和政治经济学的哲学视角初步研究了教师继续教育的三个关键问题:应该培养什么样的教师?如何培养这样的教师?应该学习什么样的课程?运用唯物辩证法的否定之否定的视角观察分析教师教育内容的发展历史,得出结论:应该转向开发和学习整合学科知识。应用政治经济学中的经济基础决定上层建筑的视角,在目前生产力飞速发展的情况下,教师继续教育应该以培养教师成为全面发展的通才型教师为目的,即教师继续教育应由专业化发展走向教师全面发展。为完成此项转变,应该建设服务于教师继续教育的"教师全面发展中心"。在这些结论和启示的基础上,参考国内外有关研究成果,提出了关于教师继续教育今后研究方向的几点建议。
This paper elaborates three key problems in teachers’ continuous education from perspectives of Marxist materialistic dialectics and political economics, that is, what kinds of teachers shall be developed? how shall these teachers be developed? and what courses shall be provided to these teachers? On the one hand, in the light of negation of negation of materialistic dialectics, the paper makes an in-depth analysis of the contents in teachers’ continuous education, and comes to a conclusion that this education shall be developed on the basis of knowledge construction and integration. On the other, the paper explores such a principle in political economics that economic bases determine superstructure, and argues that under current circumstances that Chinese economy is growing rapidly, teachers’ continuous education shall lay its emphasis on developing teachers skilled in a full range of areas, transforming from teachers’ specialization to their overall development. For this end, A teachers’ overall development center shall be established. The paper finally advances some proposals to promote research in this aspect.
