基于运动形态的人机系统理论在港口件杂货装卸作业中的应用研究

摘要 港口装卸作业过程中"人机配合"作业是较为常见的一种形式。本文通过人机系统理论分析了在港口装卸工人与机械配合作业过程中各类事故发生的原因,探索了消除"人机配合"作业中的不安全因素的解决方案,有效降低了安全风险,大大减少了生产安全事故的发生,提高了港口生产作业整体安全水平。 Man-machine interface is a common form of loading and unloading operation in a port.It would arise in a accident when some unsafe factors existing in the above operation.In this paper,some reasons whichwould cause accidents in interfacing between a loading and unloading worker and machine were analyzed,and some countermeasures aiming at eliminating the unsafe factors may existing in the man-machine interface operation,so as to control effectively risks,andreduce accidents to the most extent,basing on the man-machine system theory.The results showed that the level of the production operation in theport was entirely enhanced.
