摘要
目的探究授权教育饮食管理对出院心肌梗死患者营养状况和生活质量的影响。方法 128例心肌梗死出院患者按照随机数表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各64例。观察组行授权教育饮食管理,对照组行常规教育饮食管理,比较分析两组患者出院时、出院2个月以及出院4个月后的营养状况和生活质量。结果饮食管理2个月和4个月之后,两组患者的营养程度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者血清白蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者SF-36健康调查量表各维度得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论授权教育饮食管理可改善出院心肌梗死患者的营养状况以及生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of empowerment education based diet management in improving the nutritional status and quality of life of discharged patients with myocardial infarction. Methods Firstly, 128 discharged patients of myocardial infarction were randomly divided into an experimental group ( n =64) and a control group ( n =64).The experimental group were subjected to empowerment education based diet management. The control group were subjected to the traditional education based diet management. The nutritional status and quality of life of the two groups as observed at the time of discharge, two months after discharge and four months after discharge were recorded and compared. Results Two months and four months after diet management, significant difference was found between the two groups in nutritional status ( P <0.05). The serum albumin levels of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group ( P <0.05). The SF-36 scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusions Empowerment education based diet management can effectively improve the nutritional status and quality of life of the discharged patients of myocardial infarction.
