A review on the studies on stem cell therapy for dilated cardiomyopathy

扩张型心肌病是一类以左心室或双心室扩大伴收缩功能减退为特征的心肌病,以药物保守治疗为主,治疗效果不甚理想。干细胞对扩张型心肌病的治疗可能是一种安全有效的干预措施。文章对干细胞治疗的细胞类型、移植途径的研究进展作一综述。

Dilated cardiomyopathy is a type of cardiomyopathy characteristic of decreased systolic function of left ventricular or biventricular enlargement. It is treated mainly with drugs, which usually has undesirable therapeutic effect. Studies conducted over the past years have indicated that stem cell therapy may become a safe and effective intervention in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy. The paper presents a review on the studies on cell types and transplantation approaches of stem cell therapy.
