人参麦冬含片增强免疫力功能的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究人参麦冬含片对小鼠免疫力功能的影响。方法通过小鼠淋巴细胞转化试验、小鼠迟发型超敏反应试验、抗体生成细胞检测、小鼠血清溶血素测定、小鼠碳廓清试验、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验、自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性测定、脏器/体重比值研究人参麦冬含片的增强免疫力功能。结果与阴性对照组比较,低剂量组(0.5 g/kg),中剂量组(1.0 g/kg)和高剂量组(3.0 g/kg)人参麦冬含片灌胃处理后,绵羊红细胞诱导的小鼠左后足跖部24 h厚度差值均增加,小鼠碳廓清试验的吞噬指数均增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中剂量组和高剂量组小鼠NK细胞活性均增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人参麦冬含片能促进小鼠迟发型变态反应,促进小鼠单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清作用并增强小鼠NK细胞活性。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Panax ginseng and Ophiopogon japonicus tablets in enhancing the immunity of mice. Methods The immune enhancement function of Panax ginseng and Ophiopogon japonicus tablets was evaluated by lymphocyte transformation test, delayed hypersensitivity test, antibody producing cell test, serum hemolysin test, carbon clearance test, chicken erythrocyte phagocytosis test, NK cell activity test and organ/body weight ratio. Results Compared with the negative control group, the 24 h foot metatarsus swelling degree and the mononuclear-macrophages carbon clearance index of the low dose group (0.5 g/kg), the middle dose group (1.0 g/kg) and high dose group (3.0 g/kg) increased( P <0.05). The NK cell activity of the middle dose group and the high dose group also increased ( P <0.05). Conclusions Panax ginseng and Ophiopogon japonicus tablets can promote the delayed allergic reaction and the carbon clearance of mononuclear macrophages in mice and also can enhance the activity of NK cells in mice.
