研究生收费政策与奖助体系对研究生学业影响研究

Research on the Influence of Tuition Fee Policy and Subsidy System on the Academic Achievement of Postgraduates

我国研究生收费政策实施已有四年,通过对研究生收费政策对研究生学业影响展开调研,实证分析研究生收费政策对研究生学业的影响、研究生学业投入对学业发展影响、学业参与对研究生学术水平影响。研究发现:研究生收费政策对研究生学业投入具有正向影响;研究生学业投入对研究生学业发展具有正向影响;研究生收费政策对研究生学业发展具有正向影响;研究生学业发展对研究生教育质量具有正向影响;研究生收费政策对研究生教育质量具有正向影响。为了激发研究生潜心求学,增加学习投入,提高研究生学业成就,提升研究生教育质量,要加大对研究生收费政策的深度宣传和指导,创新贫困生资助制度,完善研究生奖助体系,充分发挥研究生收费政策和奖助体系的保障和激励作用。

It has been four years since the implementation of tuition fee policy for postgraduates in China. This study made an empirical analysis on the influence of tuition fee policy and the subsidy system policy on the academic achievement of postgraduates, the influence of postgraduates’ academic input on their academic development, and the influence of postgraduates’ academic participation on their academic level. The study found that the postgraduate tuition fee policy had a positive impact on the students’ academic input;the postgraduates’ academic input had a positive impact on their academic development;the postgraduate tuition fee policy had a positive impact on students’ academic development;the postgraduates’ academic development had a positive impact on the quality of postgraduate education;and the postgraduate tuition fee policy had a positive impact on the quality of postgraduate education. In order to motivate the postgraduates to study attentively, increase the academic input, improve the academic achievement of postgraduates and improve the quality of postgraduate education, we should increase the in-depth publicity of and the guidance to postgraduate tuition fee policy, make innovation in the financial support system of students with financial difficulty, improve the postgraduate award system and give full play to the incentive effect of the policy of the postgraduate tuition fee policies and subsidy system.
