糖尿病肾病中西医发病机制的研究进展

Research Progress on the Pathogenesis of Diabetic Nephropathy in Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症之一,易进展致终末期肾病的主要病因,会出现不可逆转的肾功能衰竭,有极高的死亡率,给社会和家庭带来沉重的负担。目前,虽然DN的发病机制尚未十分明确,但中西医研究在糖尿病肾病的发展过程中已取得极大的进展,在明确病因、改善临床症状、减少尿蛋白和提高患者生活质量方面确有成就。本文就DN的发病机制的相关研究现状进行阐述。

Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is one of the most common microvascular complications of diabetes,which is easy to progress to the main cause of end-stage nephropathy.Irreversible renal failure will occur,with a very high mortality rate,which brings a heavy burden to the society and family.At present,although the pathogenesis of DN has not been clearly defined,great progress has been made in the research of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the development of diabetic nephropathy,and achievements have been made in clarifying the etiology,improving clinical symptoms,reducing urine protein and improving the quality of life of patients.In this paper,the pathogenesis of DN related research status quo is elaborated.
