摘要
为探讨大学生心理资本、组织支持对创新行为的影响以及组织支持在大学生心理资本与创新行为中的调节作用,采用纵向问卷调查法对某大学的241名大学生进行调查。结果表明:(1)大学生心理资本显著正向影响创新行为;(2)组织支持显著正向影响大学生创新行为;(3)组织支持会对大学生心理资本与创新行为之间的关系产生显著的调节作用:与高心理资本水平的大学生相比,低心理资本水平的大学生的创新行为会随着组织支持的提高而明显增多。
In order to explore the influence of college students’ psychological capital and organizational support on innovative behavior and the role of organizational support in the psychological capital and innovative behavior of college students, a longitudinal questionnaire survey is conducted to investigate 241 college students in a university. The results show that:(1) college students’ psychological capital significantly positively affects innovative behavior;(2) organizational support significantly positively affects college students’ innovative behavior;(3) organizational support can significantly regulate the relationship between college students’ psychological capital and innovative behavior: compared with college students with high psychological capital level, the innovative behavior of college students with low psychological capital levels will increase significantly with the improvement of organizational support.
