结肠癌组织中碱性成纤维生长因子和核转录因子-κB的表达意义 被引量:2

Expressions of Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor and Nuclear Transcription Factor Kappa B in the Colon Cancer Tissues

摘要 目的探讨结肠癌组织中碱性成纤维生长因子(b-FGF)和核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)的表达及临床价值。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测156例结肠癌和100例癌旁正常结肠黏膜组织中b-FGF和NF-κB的表达,并分析两者表达水平与结肠癌患者临床病理参数之间的关系。结果结肠癌组织中b-FGF和NF-κB的阳性表达率分别为68.6%(107/156)、66.7%(104/156),高于癌旁正常结肠黏膜组织中的9.0%(9/100)、24.0%(24/100),差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=87.322、44.373,P均<0.001)。结肠癌组织中b-FGF和NF-κB的表达与结肠癌的Dukes分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关,NF-κB的表达还与结肠癌的分化程度有关(P均<0.05)。结肠癌组织中b-FGF和NF-κB的表达呈正相关关系(r_s=0.635,P<0.001)。结论高表达的b-FGF和NF-κB在结肠癌的发生及疾病进展过程中发挥了重要作用,可作为结肠癌临床诊治的靶点。 Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical value of basic fibroblast growth factor(b-FGF)and nuclear transcription factor kappa B(NF-κB)in the colon cancer tissues.Methods Immunohistochemical S-P assay was used to detect the expressions of b-FGF and NF-κB in the 156 cases of colon cancer and 100 cases of paracancerous normal colonic mucosa.Results The positive expression rates of b-FGF and NF-κB in the colon cancer were 68.6%(107/156)and 66.7%(104/156),respectively,which were higher than 9.0%(9/100)and 24.0%(24/100)in the paracancerous normal colonic mucosa,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^2=87.322,44.373;P<0.001).The expressions of b-FGF and NF-κB in the colon cancer was related to the Dukes stage,infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis,and the expression of NF-κB was also related to the differentiation degree of colon cancer(P all<0.05).There was a positive correlation between b-FGF and NF-κB in the colon cancer(r s=0.635,P<0.001).Conclusion High expressions of b-FGF and NF-κB plays an important role in the development and progression of colon cancer.
