自体骨结合同种异体骨治疗四肢恶性骨肿瘤的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨自体骨结合同种异体骨用于四肢恶性骨肿瘤治疗的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取56例经病理学确诊的四肢恶性骨肿瘤患者,根据移植材料进行分组,每组28例,观察组患者给予自体骨结合同种异体骨治疗,对照组患者给予自体骨联合人造移植物治疗,比较观察2组的临床疗效和并发症发生情况。结果观察组和对照组的治疗优良率分别为82.14%、53.57%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、骨性愈合时间分别为(41.28±6.82)d、(8.91±2.26)个月,均短于对照组的(55.89±7.05)d、(10.69±3.27)个月,比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组和对照组的并发症发生率分别为3.57%、21.43%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体骨结合同种异体骨治疗四肢恶性骨肿瘤的临床疗效显著,能够显著提高治疗优良率,加速骨性愈合,并有效降低术后并发症,改善患者的整体预后。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of autologous bone combined with allogeneic bone in the treatment of malignant bone tumors of extremities.Methods A total of 56 patients with malignant bone tumors of the extremities were selected,and were divided into two groups according to the transplant materials.The 28 patients in the observation group were treated with autologous bone combined with allogeneic bone therapy,the 28 patients in the control group was treated with autologous bone combined with artificial graft therapy,and the clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared.Results There was a statistical significant difference in the excellent rate of treatment between the observation group and the control group(82.14%and 53.57%,P<0.05).The hospital stay and bone healing time in the observation group were(41.28±6.82)days and(8.91±2.26)months,and all were lower than those in the control group[(55.89±7.05)days and(10.69±3.27)months,P all<0.05)].There was a statistical significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group(3.57%and 21.43%,P<0.05).Conclusion Autologous bone combined with allogeneic bone in the treatment of malignant bone tumors of extremities has the obvious clinical efficacy,which can significantly improve the excellent rate of treatment,accelerate the bone healing,effectively reduce the postoperative complications and promote the overall prognosis.
