参芪扶正注射液联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗酒精性肝纤维化临床研究

Clinical Study of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with Reduced Glutathione in Treatment with Alcoholic Liver Fibrosis

目的观察参芪扶正注射液联合还原型谷胱甘肽对酒精性肝纤维化患者肝功能、肝纤维化指标及金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂1(tissue inhibit ors of metalloproteinase-1,TIMP-1)、转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β1)表达的影响。方法选取2016年1月～2017年1月在笔者医院中医内科收治的70例酒精性肝纤维化患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组采用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,治疗组采用还原型谷胱甘肽联合参芪扶正注射液治疗,两组均治疗2周。比较两组治疗前、治疗2周后肝功能指标[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBIL)]、肝纤维化指标[透明质酸(haluronic acid,HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(typeⅢprocollagen,PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(typeⅣcollagen,Ⅳ-C)、人层粘连蛋白(human laminin,LN)]、TIMP-1、TGF-β1的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗2周后,治疗组ALT、AST、TBIL、HA、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C、LN、TIMP-1、TGF-β1水平及总有效率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论参芪扶正注射液联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗酒精性肝纤维化,能够抑制患者肝纤维相关指标以及血清TIMP-1和TGF-β1表达,改善患者肝功能,有助于抑制肝纤维化进展,促进肝纤维逆转。

Objective To observe the effects of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with reduced glutathione on seventy liver function,liver fibrosis indexes and expression of serum TIMP-1 and TGF-β1 in patients with alcoholic liver fibrosis.Methods 70 patients with alcoholic liver fibrosis admitted in our hospital between January 2017 and January 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with reduced glutathione,and the treatment group was treated with reduced glutathione combined with Shenqi Fuzheng injection.After treated for 2 weeks,the liver function index(alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,total bilirubin),liver fibrosis index(hyaluronic acid,procollagenⅤcollagen,Human laminin),the content of serum TIMP-1,TGF-βof the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After 2 weeks treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,TBIL,HA,PCⅢ,Ⅳ-C,LN,TIMP-1 and TGF-beta 1 and total effective rates of the treatment group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with reduced glutathione in treatment of alcoholic liver fibrosis can inhibit liver fibrosis related indicators and the expression of serum TIMP-1 and TGF-β1,improve liver function,and inhibit liver fibrosis progression and promote hepatic fibrosis.
