脑肿瘤患者血清微量元素及蛋白水平的测定及临床意义

Determination of Serum Trace Elements and Protein Levels in Brain Tumor Patients and the Clinical Significance

目的探索不同脑肿瘤患者术前及术后血清中微量元素和蛋白含量的变化及意义。方法收集2016年3～12月于首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院住院并行手术治疗的患者,留取患者术前3～5天及术后3天的血液标本,测定患者血清中微量元素铜、锌、钙、镁、铁、铅浓度,以及总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白含量,并进行统计学分析。结果脑膜瘤患者中,锌和铁离子浓度术后较术前下降显著(P均为0.000);垂体瘤患者中,铜和镁离子术后较术前升高(P均为0.000);神经鞘瘤术前及术后各离子浓度变化趋势不明显。3组脑肿瘤患者术后白蛋白含量均较术前显著下降(P均为0.000)。结论不同脑肿瘤患者术前及术后血清微量元素含量存在一定差异,不同类型的肿瘤变化不同,脑肿瘤患者术后均有可能出现白蛋白含量下降,术后可以加强特定微量元素的补充,加强营养支持,有利于患者术后恢复。

Objective To explore the alteration of pre-and postoperative serum trace elements and protein levels in patients with brain tumor and its significance.Methods Patients who received surgery in Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University from March 2016 to December 2016 were collected.Their blood samples were collected 3-5 days before surgery and 3 days after surgery.The serum trace elements and the protein levels were determined,including copper,zinc,calcium,magnesium,iron and lead,as well as total protein,albumin and globulin.Results In patients with meningeoma,postoperative serum level of zinc and iron level was decreased significantly(both P=0.000).In patients with pituitary tumor,copper and magnesium level was elevated after surgery(both P=0.000).However,there was no obvious changing trend of serum trace elements in patients with schwannoglioma during perioperative period.Patients with three different brain tumor types all showed distinct decrease of albumin postoperatively(all P=0.000).Conclusion The difference was existed in serum trace elements in patients with various brain tumors before and after the surgery,which suggested the determination of serum trace elements may benefit the diagnosis and supervise the tumor progression during the follow-up.
