细节管理在高血压管理中的临床对比研究

A Comparative Study of Detail Management in Hypertension Management

目的对比研究高血压细节管理与分组管理效果差异。方法选取2016年1月～2016年12月笔者社区康复中心160例高血压患者进行分析,随机将其分为常规组(80例)和细节组(80例),常规组患者接受常规分组管理,细节组患者采取细节管理,对所有患者进行为期1年的随访,并比较不同组患者管理效果。结果细节组患者腰围、舒张压、收缩压、血肌酐、空腹血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)等指标改变程度均显著优于常规组(P<0.05);细节组患者植物油食用量、酱油食用量和食用盐用量改变程度均明显优于常规组(P<0.05);细节组患者对高血压达标值、危险因素、合并症和防治原则等知识知晓度评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论高血压细节管理是高血压社区康复中心管理的一项有效管理措施,其有助于改善高血压患者相关临床指标。

Objective To compare the difference between the detail management and group management of hypertension.Methods We selected 160 hypertensive patients in our community rehabilitation center from January 2016 to December 2016 and grouped them into subgroups(80 cases)and details group(80 cases)according to a random number table.Management,detail group patients to take detailed management,all patients for a period of one year follow-up,and compare the effect of different groups of patients management.Results Patients in the detail group:waist circumference,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,serum creatinine,fasting blood glucose,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglyceride(TG),and total cholesterol(TC)were significantly better than those of the grouped group(P<0.05).The changes in the consumption of vegetable oil,soy sauce,and salt consumption in the detail group were significantly better than those in the group group(P<0.05).The scores of knowledge of blood pressure,risk factors,comorbidities,and prevention and control principles were significantly higher than those in the group group(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed management of hypertension is an effective management measure for the management of hypertension community rehabilitation centers,which helps to improve the relevant clinical indicators of hypertension patients.
