摘要
通过对夏热冬冷地区气候调查,从气候状况、太阳能的可利用性等方面分析了农村住宅节能改造的必要性。根据夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准,分析了既有建筑改造和新建被动式太阳能建筑两种不同形式的节能改造措施,并对既有建筑改造和新建被动式太阳能建筑改造方案进行设计对比,分析了两种改造措施的经济性,为夏热冬冷地区住宅节能技术改造提供技术参考。研究表明:因地制宜的采用分散、局部的供暖方式更适合夏热冬冷地区,并且需根据当地居民经济状况合理选择节能改造措施。
The climate of the hot summer and cold winter region is investigated. The necessity of energy conservation retrofitting in rural housing is analyzed from the aspects of climate and the availability of solar energy. According to the design standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter area, two forms of energy-saving reconstruction measures are proposed for the existing building retrofitting and the new passive solar building. The economy of the two retrofitting measures is analyzed by comparing the reconstruction of the existing building and the newly built passive solar building, which can provide technical reference for the retrofitting of energy saving technology for residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas. The research shows that the decentralized and partial heating mode is more suitable for the hot summer and cold winter area, and the energy saving measures should be selected according to the local residents’ economic status.
