摘要 建筑能耗占全国总能源消耗量的比重不容忽视。针对新疆严寒地区村镇居住环境恶劣、能耗量大、采暖周期长、抗震性能差及工业化水平低等特点,研制出一种集抗震、节能于一体的新型建筑围护结构体系——装配整体式夹芯保温密肋复合墙体结构,并对严寒地区装配整体式建筑保温技术在围护结构墙体、楼面、地面、门窗方面的技术处理手段进行分析研究,进一步探讨装配整体式建筑与传统现浇混凝土结构的建造方式在建筑的工期、成本、设计、质量、防水、防火、保温、节能、环保方面的优势与劣势,最后对装配整体式建筑结构在我国建筑产业化中的蓬勃发展做了一定的展望。 The proportion of building energy consumption in total energy consumption cannot be ignored. In cold region, under the rural living conditions of Xinjiang, the energy consumption is large, heating cycle is long, the seismic performance is poor, and the industrialization is low, so a set of seismic and energy saving integrated building palisade structure system is developed, namely the assembled integral sandwich insulation multi-ribbed composite wall structure. And the assembled integral construction insulation technology is analyzed in retaining wall structure, floor, floor, doors and windows technology processing method. Further, the assembled integral architecture is compared with traditional cast-in-site concrete structure on the advantages and disadvantages of construction time limit, cost, design, quality, waterproof, fire prevention, heat preservation, energy saving, environmental protection for a project. Finally, the development of the assembled integral structure in construction industrialization in China is expounded.
