跌落试验台缓冲器的缓冲特性分析

摘要 大型跌落冲击试验台在做冲击测量时会对基座产生较大的冲击载荷,需要采用缓冲器来抵消部分冲击能量,以减小冲击力。本文通过设计多孔式液压缓冲器,并运用AMESim液压软件对该缓冲器的工作过程进行建模与仿真分析,为跌落试验台基座缓冲研究提供一定的参考,具有广阔的发展前景。 Large drop impact test bench will produce large impact load on the base when it is used for impact measurement. Buffer is needed to offset part of impact energy in order to reduce impact force. In this paper, a porous hydraulic buffer was designed, and the working process of the buffer was modeled and simulated by AMESim hydraulic software. It provides a reference for the study of base cushion of drop test bench and has a broad development prospect.
