Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of CNC Machine Tools

数控机床是广泛应用于工业生产中的机械加工设备。随着自动化技术的普及以及工厂机械操作的应用范围的拓宽,数控机床的使用数量迅速增高。但目前,数控机床在使用过程中仍存在较多问题。基于此,本文主要分析数控机床的安装、调试和维护,以期为数控机床的使用提供借鉴。

CNC machine tools are widely used in industrial production of mechanical processing equipment. With the popularization of automation technology and the widening of the application scope of mechanical operation in factories, the number of CNC machine tools is increasing rapidly. But at present, there are still many problems in the use of CNC machine tools. Based on this, this paper mainly analysed the installation, debugging and maintenance of CNC machine tools, in order to provide reference for the use of CNC machine tools.
