摘要
随着水力资源开发程度不断提高,我国水电站数量越来越多。为可确保电力系统稳定运行,很多水电站开始实施流域梯级电站调度,不仅提升了供电质量和电网安全性,而且还提高了水资源利用率,达到节能减排的目标。
With the continuous improvement of the development of hydraulic resources, the number of hydropower stations in China is increasing. In order to ensure the stable operation of the power system, many hydropower stations had begun to implement the cascade hydropower station dispatching, which not only improved the quality of power supply and the safety of the power grid, but also improved the utilization of water resources , in order to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
