摘要
我国煤矿现行的安全监控系统存在系统不兼容、数据不能共享等问题,造成设备重复购置,且不能根据煤矿发展进行软、硬件升级改造。祁南煤矿为解决这一问题,设计了基于C#和iFix人机交互的矿井监控系统建设的方案。针对系统融合过程中的数据转换和数据传输的技术难点,结合现场应用,以风井风机监控系统为例,详细介绍系统的数据交换。
There are some problems in the current safety monitoring system of coal mines in our country, such as incompatibility of system and data sharing, which lead to repeated purchase of equipment and can not upgrade the software and hardware according to the development of coal mines. In order to solve this problem, Qinan Mine has designed a mine monitoring system construction scheme based on C# and iFIX human-computer interaction. Aiming at the technical difficulties of data conversion and data transmission in the process of system fusion, combined with the field application, the data exchange of the system was introduced in detail by taking the monitoring system of the air shaft fan as an example.
