摘要
在医疗服务发展的途中,医院后勤保障的模式和成本的控制改革是必经之路。医院后勤的服务质量和医院日常消耗成本的控制是医院的支持保障系统,也是医院管理的主要内容。医院应该着力完善后勤保障的设备,并在不断提高保障设备的水平中,满足患者提出的多种要求,从而建立全新的后勤保障模式;与此同时,医院也要提高医院员工的成本控制意识,建立细致的医院成本制度,实现医院各方面的重要管理与控制。文章针对现如今的医院后勤保障模式与成本控制问题,结合自身在医院的管理实践,提出加强医院后勤保障和成本控制的有效方法,借此希望引起相关医院工作者的重视。
In the course of the development of medical services,the reform of logistic support mode and cost control is the only way.The service quality of hospital logistics and the control of daily consumption cost are the support and guarantee system of the hospital,and also the main content of hospital management.Hospitals should focus on improving the equipment of logistic support,and meet the various requirements of patients in the continuous improvement of the level of support equipment,so as to establish a new logistic support model.At the same time,hospitals should also improve the cost control awareness of hospital staff,establish a detailed hospital cost system,and realize the important management and control in all aspects of the hospital.Aiming at the problems of hospital logistic support mode and cost control nowadays,this paper puts forward effective methods to strengthen hospital logistic support and cost control in combination with its own management practice,hoping to attract the attention of relevant hospital workers.
