微创拔牙器械联合涡轮机在低位阻生智齿中的效果

The Effect of Minimally Invasive Extraction Instrument Combined With Turbine in Low Impact Wisdom Teeth

目的探讨低位阻生智齿拔除中微创拔牙器械联合涡轮机的应用效果。方法选取本院2017年3月—2018年3月接收的84例低位阻生智齿患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组42例。给予对照组传统翻瓣去骨法拔牙,给予观察组微创拔牙器械联合涡轮机拔牙。对比两组患者手术基本情况,并观察术后并发症发生情况。结果 (1)观察组手术时间、疼痛评分、肿胀程度、张口受限度较对照组低,且牙槽窝完整性评分较对照组高;(2)观察组术后总并发症发生率较对照组更低;比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论低位阻生智齿拔除患者治疗时采用微创拔牙器械联合涡轮机手术效果理想,可有效缩短手术时间,降低患者疼痛程度,促进了患者快速康复,降低了并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of minimally invasive extraction instrument and turbine in extraction of low impacted wisdom teeth.Methods 84 patients with low impacted wisdom teeth received in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional flaps and bones removal,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive tooth extraction instruments and turbines.The basic operation conditions of the two groups were compared and the complications were observed.Results(1)The operation time,pain score,swelling degree and mouth opening limitation of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the alveolar socket integrity score was higher than that of the control group.(2)The incidence of total complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistic significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive extraction instrument combined with turbine is effective in the treatment of patients with lower impacted wisdom teeth.It can effectively shorten the operation time and reduce the degree of pain.It is of great significance to promote the rapid recovery of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
