某三级甲等妇幼保健院门诊处方基本药物点评分析

Comment and Analysis of Essential Drugs in Outpatient Prescriptions of a Class Three Grade A Maternal and Child Health Hospital

目的了解某三级甲等妇幼保健院基本药物使用情况,促进临床优先使用基本药物。方法利用医院信息系统汇总2018年前三季度所有门诊处方基本药物品种比例及金额比例;采用分层抽样方式抽取门诊处方450张/季度进行点评分析,判断基本药物优先选择比例。结果基本药物品种选择比例基本维持在44%以上,金额比例维持在14.97%～16.53%,呈下降趋势,全院优先选择率维持在70%以上。结论我院总体基本药物使用率、优先使用率良好。但个别品种和类别仍可提升,医师在基本药物优先选择的积极性有待提高,有待进一步加强管理。

Objective To understand the use of essential drugs in a class three grade A maternal and child health hospitals,and promote the priority of clinical use of essential drugs.Methods The proportion of varieties and cost of essential drug in all outpatient prescriptions in the first three quarters of 2018 were summarized using the Hospital Information system.A total of 450 outpatient prescriptions/quarter were selected by stratified sampling for comment and analysis,so as to determine the proportion of preferential choice of essential drugs.Results The proportion of essential drug varieties remained above 44%,and the proportion of cost remained between 14.97% and 16.53%,showing a downward trend.The preferential choice rate in the whole hospital was maintained at more than 70%.Conclusion The utilization rate and priority rate of essential drugs in our hospital are relatively high.However,several varieties and categories still need to be used more frequently.In addition,physicians’ enthusiasm in prioritizing essential drugs needs to be improved and management needs to be further strengthened.
