2015—2017年青岛地区输血相容性室间质评结果分析

Results Analysis of External Quality Evaluation on Transfusion Compatibility Tests in Qingdao From 2015 To 2017

目的通过已建立的青岛市医疗机构临床输血相容性检测室间质评体系,规范临床输血检验质量的管理,提高临床输血的安全有效性。方法针对青岛地区二级及二级以下临床输血检测实验室,一年进行2次输血相容性室间质量评价。结果从2015—2017年青岛市医疗机构临床输血相容性检测室间质评各项目的参加情况和检测合格率来看,参加的单位在不断增多,各参加单位已逐步开展全部输血相容性检测的基本检测项目,并且多数单位都已采用合适的方法。结论开展输血相容性检测室间质量评价活动,在临床输血质量评价活动中是重要的一环,能够直观的发现临床输血检验工作中存在的问题;辅之以一定的行政管理方法,能够尽快督促各输血检测实验室进一步规范化和标准化,使检测结果更加准确可靠,为临床输血提供安全保障。

Objective Though the external quality evaluation system of clinical blood transfusion compatibility test laboratories in Qingdao,to standardize the quality management of clinical blood transfusion test laboratories and to improve the safety and effectiveness of clinical blood transfusion.Methods The external quality evaluation was carried out twice every year for second-class hospitals and below in Qingdao.Results The numbers of the laboratories and the qualified rate in the quality evaluation was increasing from 2015 to 2017 in Qingdao,laboratories in the system has carried out all the basic tests for transfusion,most laboratories had used appropriate testing methods.Conclusion The external quality evaluation of clinical blood transfusion,which can actually find the problems in the clinical blood transfusion laboratories,is an important part in the clinical blood transfusion quality evaluation system.Through some administrative means,it could help taking corrective measures to promote and improve the quality of laboratory testing as soon as possible for providing the most safe blood.
