过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器浓度过低报警原因分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨STERRAD?100NX过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器在灭菌过程中因过氧化氢浓度过低造成循环取消的原因。方法采用类实验性研究探讨"过氧化氢浓度过低"导致灭菌失败的原因。首先探讨不同材质的包装袋对过氧化氢浓度的吸附作用。其次选取2018年3月1日—4月30日使用挡板前的126次灭菌锅次,设为对照组;选取2018年5月1日—6月30日使用挡板后的132次灭菌锅次,设为实验组,对比使用挡板前后灭菌的成功率。结果不同材质包装袋对过氧化氢浓度的吸附作用差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),无纺布对过氧化氢有明显吸附作用。使用挡板后因遮挡过氧化氢低浓度监测灯引起的灭菌循环取消次数显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论纸塑材质包装物品更适合过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器灭菌;可使用挡板防止过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器监测灯在灭菌过程中被物品遮挡,降低循环取消率,以减少耗材的使用。 Objective To explore the reason of cycle cancellation of STERRAD NX■100 H2O2 low-temperature plasma sterilizer in the sterilization process caused by low concentration of hydrogen peroxide.Methods Using experimental study to investigate the failure reason of sterilization due to low hydrogen peroxide concentration.Firstly,hydrogen peroxide concentration adsorption effectiveness of different materials was analyzed.Secondly,the success rate of sterilization by setting up control group and experimental group was compared.The data in control group was collected(126 times)from March 1,2018 to Apirl 30,2018 without using baffle.The data in experimental groups(132 times)was collected from May 1,2018 to June 30,2018 using baffle.Results The difference in adsorption effectiveness on hydrogen peroxide concentration in different materials was statistically significant(P<0.05).After using the baffle,the number of sterilization cycle cancellation caused by the monitoring lamp with low concentration of hydrogen peroxide was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion The paper-plastic packaging materials are more suitable for the sterilization of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilizer.The baffle can be used to prevent the monitoring lamp of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilizer from being blocked by articles in the sterilization process and reduce cycle cancellation rate.
