藻酸盐敷料在PICC置管中的护理研究

Nursing Study of Alginate Dressing in PICC Catheterization

目的研究藻酸盐敷料在经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(Peripherally Inserted Central Venous Catheters,PICC)中的护理效果。方法选取2018年1—10月我院进行PICC置管术的患者148例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者74例,采用方形纱布压迫穿刺点;观察组患者74例,采用藻酸盐敷料压迫穿刺点。对两组患者的止血情况、换药情况进行比较。结果研究结果显示,观察组患者的止血效果好于对照组,换药次数少于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论藻酸盐敷料用于PICC置管术后的创面护理,可有效提高患者止血效果,降低护理人员工作量。

Objective To study the nursing effect of alginate dressings in Peripherally Inserted Central Venous Catheters(PICC).Methods 148 patients who underwent PICC catheterization in our hospital from January to October 2018 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The puncture points were compressed by square gauze in 74 patients in the control group and by alginate dressing in 74 patients in the observation group.The hemostasis and dressing change of the two groups were compared.Results The results showed that the hemostasis effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the number of dressing changes was less than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alginate dressing used in wound care after PICC catheterization can effectively improve the hemostatic effect of patients and reduce the workload of nurses.
