护理干预对PICU患儿家属焦虑心理的缓解效果

Alleviating Effect of Nursing Intervention on Anxiety of Family Members of PICU Children

目的观察分析护理干预在临床中对于PICU患儿家属焦虑心理状况的缓解效果。方法随机选择在2015年7月—2018年4月到我院完成治疗的PICU患儿家属72例,根据护理方法进行分组,对照组与观察组分别36例,且分别行常规护理、综合护理干预,对两组患儿家属干预前后的焦虑心理、护理质量进行评价与比较。结果干预前,两组患儿家属焦虑心理状况比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);干预后,同对照组进行比较,观察组患儿家属焦虑心理得到了显著的改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理质量更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于PICU患儿而言,对其实施综合护理干预,能够帮助提高护理质量,改善其家属的焦虑心理状况,主动配合治疗以及护理工作,从而建立良好的护患关系,价值可观。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on relieving anxiety of family members of children with PICU.Methods 72 family members of PICU children who completed treatment in our hospital from July 2015 to April 2018 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the nursing methods.36 children in the control group and 36 children in the observation group were given routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention respectively.The anxiety psychology and nursing quality of the two groups of children's family members before and after intervention were evaluated and compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety status between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,compared with the control group,the anxiety of the family members of the observation group was significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For PICU children,the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can help to improve the quality of nursing,improve the anxiety of their families,take the initiative to cooperate with the treatment and nursing work,so as to establish a good nurse-patient relationship.
