摘要
目的探究自我效能感在帕金森患者康复护理中的临床价值及效果。方法选取100例帕金森患者作为研究对象,根据入院治疗时间,分为常规组(50例)与干预组(50例),给予常规组常规康复护理,给予干预组自我效能感康复护理。对比心理状态、康复情况。结果对于两组患者护理后的SAS评分、SDS评分、WAIS评分、WMS评分,干预组均更优,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对帕金森患者实施自我效能感康复护理,有效的改善心理状态,促进康复。
Objective To explore the clinical value and effect of self-efficacy in rehabilitation nursing of Parkinson's patients.Methods 100 patients with Parkinson's disease were selected as the research object.According to the time of hospitalization,they were divided into routine group(50 cases)and intervention group(50 cases).Routine rehabilitation nursing was given to routine group,and self-efficacy rehabilitation nursing was given to intervention group.The mental state and rehabilitation were compared.Results SAS score,SDS score,WAIS score and WMS score after nursing were better in the intervention group,and there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-efficacy rehabilitation nursing for Parkinson's patients can effectively improve their mental state and promote their recovery.
