女性短丝袜辅助固定婴幼儿外周静脉留置针的效果

Application of Female Short Stockings Assisted Fixation in Infant Peripheral Venous Indwelling Needle

目的探讨女性短丝袜辅助固定法在婴幼儿外周静脉留置针中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1—6月在我院行四肢外周静脉留置针穿刺的婴幼儿200例为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组各100例。对照组采用常规固定,试验组在常规固定基础上采用女性短丝袜辅助固定。比较两组留置时间,渗液、渗血,软管滑出,意外拔管的发生率。结果试验组留置时间显著长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组渗液渗血、软管滑出、意外拔管的发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论女性短丝袜辅助固定法在婴幼儿外周静脉留置针能显著延长留置时间,降低渗液渗血、软管滑出、意外拔管的发生率。

Objective To discuss the effect of female short stockings assisted fixation in infant peripheral venous indwelling needle.Methods A total of 200 cases with peripheral venous indwelling needle puncture in our hospital from January to June 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional fixation,while the experimental group was assisted by female short stockings on the regular fixation basis.The indwelling time,osmotic and oozing blood,hose slipping and accidental extubation rates between two groups were compared.Results The indwelling time in the experimental group was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The percolating fluid,hose slipping and accidental extubation rates in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Female short stockings assisted fixation in infants with peripheral venous indwelling needle can significantly prolong the indwelling time,reduce the incidence of exudation,hose slippage,accidental extubation.
