危重患者实施护理管理干预的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Nursing Management Intervention in Critically Ill Patients

目的观察对危重症患者实施护理管理干预方案的成效。方法本研究对象是90例在我院接受治疗的危重症患者,划分成实施常规护理模式的参照组,以及实施护理管理干预方案的研究组,分别比较两组患者的护理成效以及满意率情况。结果通过进行比较两组患者的护理效果(护理质量检查评分、住院时间、并发症发生率),结果显示研究组优于参照组,P <0.05;比较患者的护理满意率,相较于参照组(80.00%)而言,研究组的护理满意率(97.78%)更高,P <0.05。结论对于危重患者实施护理管理干预方案可以提高护理质量,缩短住院时间,减少并发症的发生,护理满意度较高。

Objective To observe and analyze the effectiveness of nursing management intervention for critically ill patients.Methods Ninety critically ill patients treated in our hospital were divided into two groups:the reference group for implementing routine nursing mode and the research group for implementing nursing management intervention program.The nursing effect and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results By comparing the nursing effect of the two groups(nursing quality examination score,hospitalization time,complication rate),the results showed that in the study group had obvious advantages over the reference group,P<0.05;Compared with the reference group(80.00%),the nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher(97.78%),P<0.05.Conclusion Nursing management intervention program for critically ill patients can improve nursing quality,shorten hospitalization time,reduce complications,and have higher nursing satisfaction.
