摘要
目的总结合并冠心病的老年患者行无痛胃肠镜联合检查的循证护理经验及体会。方法回顾性分析我科2016年7月—2017年10月行无痛胃肠镜联合检查并采用循证护理的87例老年冠心病患者的临床及护理资料,观察其临床结果。结果 87例老年冠心病患者行无痛胃肠镜联合检查,83例快速有效完成,3例用时略长,1例未完成;86例均一次性明确诊断,未出现病情加重、身体不适、跌倒等情况。结论循证护理对顺利有效完成合并冠心病的老年患者无痛胃肠镜联合检查有重要意义。
Objective To summarize the evidence-based nursing experience of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The clinical and nursing data of 87 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who underwent combined painless gastrointestinal endoscopy and evidence-based nursing from July 2016 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 87 elderly patients with coronary heart disease underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.83 patients were rapidly and effectively,3 patients were slightly longer,and 1 patient was unfinished.86 patients were directly diagnosed,without exacerbation,physical discomfort and falling and so on.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can finish painless gastrointestinal endoscopy successfully and effectively.
