循证护理干预在呼吸道护理中的应用

目的研究循证护理干预在神经外科重症患者气管切开术后呼吸道护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月—2018年8月收治的100例神经外科重症患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,观察组50例与对照组50例。观察组实施循证护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预,分析两组护理效果。结果观察组患者疼痛评分(2.31±1.02)分低于对照组、舒适度评分(4.64±1.54)分高于对照组,P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论循证护理干预在神经外科重症患者气管切开术后呼吸道护理中应用价值较高,

Objective To explore the application effect of evidencebased nursing intervention for respiratory tract nursing after operation in tracheotomy of ill patients with critically in Department of neurosurgery.Methods 100 cases of ill patients with critically in department of neurosurgery and who treated from June 2017 to August 2018 were selected,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table methods,which the 50 cases in observation group and 50 cases in control group.The observation group were implemented the evidencebased nursing intervention,while the control group were implemented the routine nursing intervention.Then,the nursing effects of two groups were analyzed.Results The pain score of the observation group(2.31±1.02)was lower than that of the control group,and the comfort score(4.64±1.54)was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05,and the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion The application values of evidence-based nursing intervention for respiratory tract nursing after operation in tracheotomy of ill patients with critically in department of neurosurgery are high.
