摘要
科技发展水平是衡量一个国家发达程度的重要标准,而想要实现科技发展就离不开科学文化的土壤。从学校教育、创新与普及的关系以及发挥制度优势三个角度,思考如何发展和构建中国的科学文化。
The developmental level of science and technology importantly indicates the development of the country,and a country can not achieve science and technology development without scientific culture.The development and construction of scientific culture is concerned from three dimensions:school education,the relationship between innovation and popularization,and the advantage of national system.
