妊娠合并抗磷脂综合征诊疗进展

抗磷脂综合征是以抗磷脂抗体介导的,以动静脉血栓形成、病理妊娠或血小板减少为临床表现特征的一系列综合征。近年来,妊娠合并抗磷脂综合征导致的不良母胎结局愈加引起重视。对妊娠合并抗磷脂综合征的患者及早诊断及治疗,可大幅减少不良母胎结局,本文对抗磷脂综合征在产科领域的诊疗作一综述。

Antiphospholipid syndrome(APS)is a series of syndromes caused by anti-phospholipid antibodies(aPLs)characterized by arteriovenous thrombosis,pathological pregnancy or thrombocytopenia.In recent years,the adverse maternal and fetal outcomes caused by pregnancy combined with antiphospholipid syndrome have become more and more important.Early diagnosis and treatment of patients with pregnancy combined with antiphospholipid syndrome can greatly reduce the bad maternal and fetal outcomes.This paper summarizes the new progress in the diagnosis and treatment of phospholipid syndrome in obstetrics.
