扩散张量成像对健康人群腰骶神经的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探析磁共振扩散张量成像(Diffusion Tensor Imaging,DTI)技术定量分析健康人群腰骶神经的部分各向异性(Fractional Anisotropy, FA)值和纤维束示踪成像(Diffusion Tensor Tractography, DTT)技术显示腰骶神经的可行性。方法:选取62例健康志愿者作为研究对象,通过行常规腰骶椎磁共振平扫及DTI扫描,测量并比较各节段腰骶神经的FA值,运用DTT技术对神经根进行纤维束示踪成像。结果:正常健康志愿者各节段神经根的平均FA值为0.188±0.020,各节段间无明显统计学差异,(Kruskal-Wallis检验,H=3.016, P=0.389),纤维束示踪图像能清晰显示腰骶神经的走行和形态。结论:磁共振DTI技术可以观测腰骶神经的FA值,DTT技术能清晰、直观地显示腰骶部脊神经的走行和形态。
