Application of Secondary Recovery Bar Code Design in Information Management of Foreign Medical Devices in Disinfection Supply Center

目的:实现手术使用后外来医疗器械返回消毒供应中心清洗消毒的信息化管理,体现可追溯性。方法:完善消毒供应中心原有外来医疗器械信息追溯系统模块,设置二次回收条码,双联打印标签,与手术室共同衔接管理外来医疗器械。结果:手术使用后的外来医疗器械清洗消毒处理流程实现了可追溯、可查询返洗状态的信息化管理模式。结论:利用信息化追溯系统对使用后的外来医疗器械二次回收清洗消毒流程进行监控管理,避免了外来医疗器械在流转过程中对社会造成的污染,实现了行业标准第二版中对外来医疗器械"应"执行的规范要求,提高了消毒供应中心的管理质量。

Objective:To realize the information management of cleaning and disinfection of foreign medical instruments returned to disinfection supply center after operation,and to reflect the traceability.Methods:The original information traceability system module of foreign medical devices in disinfection and supply center was improved,and the secondary recovery barcode was set up,double-printed labels were set up,and the external medical devices were jointly managed with the operating room.Results:The process of cleaning and disinfection of foreign medical instruments after operation realized the information management mode of traceability and inquiry about the status of back washing.Conclusion:The information traceability system is used to monitor and manage the process of secondary recovery,cleaning and disinfection of foreign medical devices after use,which avoids the pollution caused by foreign medical devices in the process of circulation to the society,realizes the standard requirement of"responding"to the implementation of foreign medical devices in the second edition of the industry standard,and improves the management quality of the disinfection supply center.
