观察B超应用于产前检查对胎儿异常的临床诊断意义

Observing the Clinical Significance of B-ultrasound in Prenatal Examination for Fetal Abnormalities

目的:在产前检查中应用B超检查,探究分析该检查措施对胎儿异常的临床诊断意义。方法:从2015年8月～2017年8月本院选取1000例接受产前检查的孕妇作为研究对象进行探讨分析,比较产前、产后以及胎儿尸检结果。结果:接受产前检查的1000例孕妇中,出现胎儿异象的产妇有12例,所占比例为1.20%。通过产后以及胎儿尸检后发现,共有13例胎儿异常情况,所占比例为1.30%。检查准确率为99.90%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产前检查中应用B超检查的效果显著,可对胎儿异常进行准确诊断,具有减少胎儿异常的临床价值。

Objective:To apply B-ultrasound examination in prenatal examination to explore the clinical diagnostic significance of this examination for fetal abnormalities.Methods:From August 2016 to August 2017,1000 pregnant women who received prenatal examination were selected from our hospital as the research object to analyze and compare prenatal,postpartum and autopsy results.Results:Of the 1000 pregnant women who received prenatal examination,12 had a fetal vision,accounting for 1.20%.Through postpartum and post-mortem examination,there were 13 cases of fetal abnormalities,accounting for 1.30%.The accuracy of the examination was 99.90%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of B-ultrasound in prenatal examination is effective,which can accurately diagnose fetal abnormalities and has the clinical value of reducing fetal abnormalities.It can be widely used in clinical practice.
