膀胱癌不同TNM分期对腹腔镜根治性膀胱切除术患者预后的影响

Effect of Different TNM Staging of Bladder Cancer on Prognosis of Patients undergoing Laparoscopic Radical Cystectomy

目的:分析膀胱癌不同TNM分期对腹腔镜根治性膀胱切除术患者预后的影响。方法:将61例膀胱癌患者TNM分期分为T1期、T2期、T3期、T4期,均行腹腔镜根治性膀胱切除术,比较几组患者预后情况。结果:T3期、T4期术后并发症发生率及残余尿量明显高于T1期、T2期(P<0.05),最大尿流速、膀胱容量明显小于T1期、T2期(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱癌不同TNM分期对腹腔镜根治性膀胱切除术患者预后有一定影响,分期越高,预后越差,借助TNM分期情况可对患者预后加以评估。

Objective:To analyze the effect of different TNM staging of bladder cancer on the prognosis of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical cystectomy.Methods:TNM stage of 61 patients with bladder cancer was divided into T1 stage,T2 stage,T3 stage and T4 stage.Laparoscopic radical cystectomy was performed to compare the prognosis of several groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications and residual urine were significantly higher in T3 and T4 than in T1 and T2(P<0.05).The maximum urinary flow rate and bladder capacity were significantly smaller than those in T1 and T2 phases(P<0.05).Conclusion:Different TNM staging of bladder cancer has a certain impact on the prognosis of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical cystectomy.The higher the stage,the worse the prognosis.The prognosis of the patients can be assessed by means of TNM staging.
