危险因素评估量表对EICU内患者压疮及坠床发生情况的影响

目的:分析危险因素评估量表对EICU内患者压疮及坠床发生情况的影响。方法:将2017年2月至2018年2月我院收治的100例EICU患者纳入研究,以随机数字表法将所有患者分两组,分别50例。对照组患者仅以常规方式护理,观察组患者采用危险因素评估量表评估,对比两组患者压疮与坠床事件发生情况。结果:观察组坠床、压疮事件发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对EICU患者应用危险因素评估量表可有效降低患者压疮、坠床等不良事件发生,提升住院期间的安全性。

Objective:To analyze the effect of risk factors assessment scale on pressure ulcer and bed drop in patients with EICU.Methods:100 EICU patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were included in the study.All patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,50 cases respectively.Patients in the control group were only given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were assessed with the Risk Factor Assessment Scale,and the incidence of pressure ulcer and falling into bed was compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of falling out of bed and pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of risk factors assessment scale in EICU patients can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events such as pressure ulcers and falling out of bed,and improve the safety during hospitalization.
