医护合作责任制护理对老年2型糖尿病患者运动情况及血糖控制的影响

Effect of Nursing Cooperation Responsibility System on Exercise and Blood Glucose Control in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病患者给予医护合作责任制护理对运动情况及血糖控制的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2017年9月我院收治的行常规护理干预的老年2型糖尿病患者40例为对照组,并选择2017年10月至2018年6月我院收治的行医护合作责任制护理干预的老年2型糖尿病患者40例为观察组,比较两组患者运动情况及血糖水平控制。结果:观察组血糖控制情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组运动频率及运动时间均高于照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年2型糖尿病患者给予医护责任制护理干预,可有效控制患者血糖水平,提高运动效率,延长运动时间,促进患者转归。

Objective:To explore the effect of cooperative responsibility nursing on exercise and blood glucose control in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Forty elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who received routine nursing intervention from January 2017 to September 2017 were selected as the control group,and 40 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who received medical care cooperation responsibility nursing intervention from October 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the observation group.Flat control.Results:The blood glucose control of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical responsibility nursing intervention for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively control blood glucose level,improve exercise efficiency,prolong exercise time and promote the prognosis of patients.
