Clinical and Ultrasound Features of Cardiac Myxoma

目的:分析心脏黏液瘤的临床特征、超声特点。方法:以2014年2月～2018年4月在我院行心脏超声检查并经手术病检确诊的30例心脏黏液瘤患者作为研究对象,分析其临床特征和超声特点。结果:①临床特征:女性发病率(66. 67%)、30岁～60岁年龄段的发病率(56. 67%)较高(p值<0. 05),以胸闷心悸为主要症状(63. 33%),以肿瘤扑落音为主要体征(46. 67%);②超声特点:都为单发,93. 33%发生于左房,80. 00%有蒂,90. 00%位于左房侧房间隔卵圆窝附近,73. 33%呈现团块状,83. 33%内部回声均匀。结论:心脏黏液瘤是一种好发于30岁到60岁年龄段女性中的心脏肿瘤,超声特异性明显,可在术前利用超声技术定位、定性。

Objective:TO analyze the clinical feature and ultrasonic characteristic of cardiac myxoma.Methods:Thirty patients who were diagnosed cardiac myxoma through the cardiac ultrasound between February 2014 to April 2018 were enrolled.After the examination,all the case were undergone cardiac surgeries.The tumors moved from the hearts was given pathological examinations and made a definite diagnosis.We use these data to analyze the clinical features and ultrasonic characteristics.Results:①Clinical features:Female patients are more than male patients(66.67%).The morbidity is higher in the ages from 30-years-old to 60-years-old.(P<0.05).Chest distress and palpitation are the major signs.Tumor plop is the major symptom.②Ultrasonic characteristic:All of the myxomas are single.There is 99.33%in the left atrium(LA).80.00%of them have pedicel.90.00%of them near the fossa ovalis of atrial septum in the LA.73.33%present crumhy.83.33%have homogeneous echo interior structure.Conclusion:Cardiac myxoma is a tumor which appears mostly in female patients who aged from 30 to 60.It has significant ultrasonic specificity.Cardiac ultrasound is recommended to use to confirm the location and the nature of the lump before the cardiac surgery.
