责任助产护理模式对高龄产妇产程及母婴结局的影响

The Effect of Responsible Midwifery Nursing Mode on the Course of Maternity and Maternal and Infant Outcomes

目的:探讨高龄产妇采用责任助产护理模式对其产程及母婴结局的影响。方法:选取2017年6月至2017年12月在我院行常规产科护理的高龄产妇50例为对照组,并选择2018年1月至2018年6月在我院行常规产科护理+责任助产护理模式的高龄产妇50例为实验组,对比两组产程时间及母婴结局。结果:实验组产程时间(第一产程、第二产程及总产程)均短于对照组,不良母婴结局发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:责任助产护理模式可有效缩短高龄产妇产程时间,改善母婴结局。

Objective:to explore the influence of the nursing mode of responsible midwifery on the course of labor and the outcome of mother and baby.Methods:50 elderly women who received routine obstetric care in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the control group,and 50 elderly women who received routine obstetric care+responsible midwifery care in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected as the experimental group.Results:the duration of labor(first,second and total)in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes was lower in the experimental group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:the nursing mode of responsible midwifery can effectively shorten the length of labor and improve maternal and infant outcomes.
